We cultivate over 450 medicinal plant varieties in our own organic farms, ensuring quality control from cultivation to final preparation. Dedicated sections within the facility manage raw material processing, drying, powdering, and formulation.
All processing is carried out using pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel equipment to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
Our in-house Quality Assurance Department conducts rigorous testing of raw materials and finished products. Each batch is evaluated according to BIS guidelines and Government of India pharmacopoeial standards.
A Quality Control Certificate forms part of every Batch Manufacturing Record, and senior Ayurvedic physicians review samples to ensure therapeutic consistency.
